1g一下，xp

1-2g，windows 7

2g以上windows 7或vista

4g或以上，64位的windows 7或vista

如果内存超过了1g不建议用xp，毕竟太老了，问题比较多，而且会越来越明显

补充：windows 7和vista 的内存占用和xp不同，是按照比例占用的，一般情况是占用50%左右（会预添加程序，提高程序打开速度，根据内存大小自动调整预添加的程序数量），xp则是比较固定的300m左右
