使用paypal付款购买arvixe主机，对paypal有什么要求吗？paypal里有足够的余额

对于国内的买家或者是卖家，所使用的paypal都是一样的，只是说你要是买arvixe主机时， 看看卖家具体的设定是什么样的，他有可能设定某些卡不能支付， 或者是只能用余额支付等等，所以如果遇到支付的问题， 最好的办法是联系paypal顾问，或者是直接联系卖家，问问他们具体的设定就额可以啦！

Arvixe主机随意错误扣费是常态

以前曾在Arvixe注册了一个域名，他们的域名注册服务是10年来遇到过最臭的一家，没有可用的域名管理，设置个DNS或者做个MX指向都要向他们提交工单去修改，这样的美国域名服务商还真是奇葩，但是更叫人气愤的是，早已经转移走的域名他们系统照样对该域名自动扣费，这可是要命的！由于起初购买时用paypal付款的，支付后没去Paypal后台把与他们的自动续费协议取消掉，结果快要到了域名续费时，他们系统莫名奇妙的扣费，幸亏及时发现并责令他们退款，才避免了进一步损失，但是浪费了很多时间。

但是还有更甚的，第一年购买arvixe的服务后就立即取消了他们在Paypal上的自动扣款协议，但到主机再续费时，arvixe系统又没办法再用原来的paypal账号付款了，他们自己都无法解决这个问题，最后是重新再开个新账号废掉原先的老账号，原来的网站数据也就没了，这样低劣的服务就是美国arvixe海外主机!
