域名转出需要什么条件？

“域名转移”也叫“变更域名注册服务机构”、“域名转移注册商”或“域名转入”，是指将域名从现在的注册商转移到另外一家域名注册商，由其他的域名注册商为您的域名提供相关的服务。国际域名注册商是指由ICANN授权认证的国际域名顶级注册商.CN域名注册商是指由CNNIC授权认证的国内顶级域名注册商。

而域名转移密码/转移码是指该域名转移的授权密码，域名转移密码需联系域名注册商获取，域名原注册商核实域名身份后会通过邮件发送域名转移密码。一般审核通过即发送转移，拿到该域名转移密码到转入注册商即可在6日内转入成功。

域名必须解锁，要获取域名转移码，在域名购买60天后，到期15天前才能实现转移，还有，域名Whois信息里的邮箱一定要能正常接收EMail

很多域名代理商都能一次投诉就给你提供转移密码，但仍然会有些赖皮的代理商，可能要有多次投诉的准备。其实对于所有的注册商都有用的。 一次不行两次，五次不行十次，只要你坚持，他们必须给你转移码。

以上表格的填写方法：

1、Name 栏目填写您的名字。

2、Organization(if any) 栏目填写组织机构，为可选填写。

3、Email 栏目写上您的email地址，方便regestrar跟您联系。

4、Telephone Number 栏目可选填写您的电话。

5、Domain Name 栏目写上您要投诉的域名，不用输入www (例ok165.com)，这里只能填写一个，因为提交时候会自动从数据库查询该域名的注册商regestrar.

1）、My registrar blocked the transfer because I did not pay the transfer fee. 没有支付转移费用。

2）、The registrar blocked the transfer because I have not paid for a pending or future registration period. 没有付费

3）、My domain name has not expired and the registrar requested it be renewed prior to the transfer. 域名还没有到期，要求续费才能转移。

4）、I am the Registered Name Holder and my email address is listed as the registrant’s in the registration information, but the registrar requested proof of my identity. 域名EMAIL是我的，但要求提供身份证明文件。

5）、The registrar blocked the transfer because there are payment defaults between the registrar and the reseller through which the domain was registered. 因为我注册的代理商和域名注册机构之间有费用纠纷。

6）、The domain name is locked and the registrar did not update the status and did not provide me with means to update it. 域名注册商锁定了转移状态，并且我不能解锁。

7）、My registrar blocked the transfer saying that the domain name was created less than 60 days ago, or that it was transferred to my registrar less than 60 days ago. 要求我域名注册大于60天才能转移。

Regarding the authorization code (auth-code) *关于转移密码

细节内容可以这样写：

Dear ICANN,

I registered my domain XXX.com at 域名注册商英文名。I am not satisfied with their service and I want to transfer my domain to other companies.

I can’t find any place on their site to get my Auth-Info code. Followed their FAQ，I found they require a paper form to be filled and mailed to their office with a hard copy of my official personal photo ID or/and passport. I feel very uncomfortable about this. I don’t think they have the authority to check my personal id and keep a hard copy，it contains lot of my privacy info. I believe this requirement is against both ICANN policy and local law.

I want my domain transfer code, and complete the transfer as soon as possible.

现在是复选框模式，可以根据实际情况选择。然后提交。应该不到5天，注册商会通过EMAIL发送域名转移码。如果域名注册商没有给你，可以回复ICANN邮件再次投诉，在邮件开头加上这一句：This is the second complaint letter sent.

域名迁移就是把域名从一个注册商转移到另一个注册商那里，其实操作起来不复杂，但选择迁入国外还是国内平台还是有一些讲究的，一般我自己收购的域名都会迁移到GoDaddy统一管理。
