1. "甲方"在英文合同中一般都以"Buyer" 作为代词，在合同缔结时开宗明义就会把双方资料（公司或个人）以下列这种方式加以表述：

3. 如果双方对于交付方式事先已达成协议，研发成果将透过网上传输至甲方提供的电子邮箱或FTP网址之类的，那么应该在合同中具体载明，而不是简单一句"远程交付". 我不得不以"make available to the Buyer in digital form" 来暂代。要合乎合同的基本法律形式，所有不分巨细都必须非常明确。

4. 合同金额和付款方式也必定另有条款具体说明，既然有所谓"余款", 估计是按乙方进度分段给付。我在翻译中直接采用"final payment"表达“把最后一笔余款付清”。
