你说的应该是聚合物共混物的“微观”形态结构吧?宏观的,就自己眼睛看。。

一般微观结构用的比较多的是SEM和TEM(就是扫描电镜和透射电镜),如果还不行还可以用相差电镜或者原子力(AFM)。

一般SEM最常用,共混之后压片,如果看内部结构,在液N中淬断,SEM看断面形态。如果看表面就直接后压片后看。看SEM一般都要先喷金。原理我就不想说了,自己去搜吧,二次电子。。。。了解了原理其实也没什么帮助。

SEM一般看聚合物填充粒子之类的东东。只不过有些时候SEM看不出来什么东西,比如两种聚合物有两相结构之类,这时可以用TEM,做超薄切片,然后染色,看两相形态。也可以用相差,如果两相硬度差别很大,也可以用AFM。只不过AFM制样要求很高,聚合物一般表面做不到这么平。
