美国飓风级别

美国国家飓风中心的标准，飓风分为五个等级，分别为一级、二级、三级、四级和五级飓风，对应的最高风速为74-95英里/小时、96-110英里/小时、111-130英里/小时、131-155英里/小时以及156英里/小时以上。今年五级飓风“艾尔玛”的最高持续风速曾达185英里/小时，其实按照每级别约20英里/小时的递增标准，“艾尔玛”可以算“六级”飓风，只是在这个系统中最高只设为五级。
