The main purpose is to research and experiment multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) / polycarbonate (PC) resin composite materials, the preparation methods and properties.

In order to improve the multi-walled carbon nanotubes and compatibility of resin, improve the polycarbonate multi-walled carbon nanotubes and polycarbonate resin, using the interface properties of sulfuric acid multi-walled carbon nanotubes surface modification. Results show that the polycarbonate resin spinnability, low multi-walled carbon nanotubes/polycarbonate resin composites is not suitable for spinning. Will multi-walled carbon nanotubes/polycarbonate resin composite pressure due to insufficient pressure molding process of mould effect is not ideal. Because the pressure by moulding machine, unstable, cause diaphragm contains a lot of bubbles.
